How do you work with clients?
Small, senior team. You get one point of contact, weekly demos, and a shared Notion or Linear for the whole build. Most projects run in two-week sprints with fixed deliverables.
Do you build custom software or use templates?
Both — it depends on what actually helps you. We build custom when it matters (your product, your moat) and lean on proven stacks (Next.js, Supabase, Shopify) when speed wins.
Can you take over a project from another developer?
Yes. We do a short codebase audit first — architecture, security, tech debt — then propose a scope to stabilise, clean up, or rewrite. No judgment on what’s there.
Do you handle WhatsApp Business API onboarding?
End-to-end. Meta Business verification, WABA onboarding, template approval, and Meta App Review are all part of what we do — we went through it ourselves for Hamdam.care.
What about post-launch support?
Monthly retainers for ongoing product work, bug triage, and new features. No lock-in — cancel anytime with a month’s notice.
