Privacy policy

1. Who we are

Rahinex Technologies SMC Ltd (“Rahinex”, “we”, “us”) is a single-member software studio. This policy covers rahinex.com and the services we provide to our clients. Our in-house product Hamdam.care has a separate policy at hamdam.care/privacy.

2. What we collect on this site

  • Contact form submissions — name, email, phone, optional company, and message.
  • Anonymous analytics — pages viewed, referring domain, rough location (country or city), and device category. No individually identifying data is retained.
  • Error telemetry — page where an error occurred, browser user-agent, stack trace. Request bodies and query strings are stripped before storage.

3. How we use your data

Contact submissions are used only to reply to you about Rahinex services. We do not sell leads, share them with advertising partners, or use them for anything beyond the conversation you started.

4. Infrastructure and processors

We rely on reputable cloud infrastructure and service providers for hosting, databases, transactional email, analytics, error telemetry, and bot protection. We review them periodically for security posture and data-handling practices, and we pick providers whose storage regions and retention defaults align with our commitments below.

5. WhatsApp Business services (Meta platform)

Where we build or operate WhatsApp Business API integrations on behalf of a client, we act under the client's Meta Business Account and data controllership. For those engagements:

  • Message content, phone numbers, and conversation state are processed only to deliver the service the end-user requested.
  • We do not retain WhatsApp message content beyond the retention window agreed with the client, and never longer than local regulation or Meta policy permits.
  • We comply with Meta's WhatsApp Business Solution Terms, WhatsApp Commerce Policy, and platform messaging-quality rules.
  • Where Rahinex offers future managed services — such as template libraries, shared chatbot runtimes, or on-platform analytics — those services will be governed by a service-specific addendum to this policy, published before the service launches.

6. Data retention

Contact submissions are kept for 24 months from last correspondence, then purged. Analytics and error telemetry are retained according to each provider's default window (typically 14 months and 90 days respectively). Client data held under a service agreement is retained per that agreement.

7. Your rights

You may request access to, correction of, or deletion of your personal data at any time. Email privacy@rahinex.com. We respond within 14 business days.

8. Changes

We update this policy as our products evolve. Material changes are announced on this page with a refreshed “last updated” date above, and, where appropriate, by email to active clients.
