Terms of service

1. Agreement

These terms govern your use of rahinex.com. Engagement-specific terms for custom software projects, WhatsApp Business services, or our in-house product Hamdam.care are defined in a separate service agreement or order form that supersedes these terms for the scope of that engagement.

2. Permitted use

rahinex.com is informational. You may browse, fill out the contact form, and reference the site from your own writing with attribution. You may not scrape the site at scale, replicate its content, or use its endpoints for automated lead generation or re-selling.

3. Intellectual property

The Rahinex brand, logo, copy, screenshots, and product diagrams on this site are property of Rahinex Technologies SMC Ltd. Open-source code we reference remains under its upstream license. Work delivered under a client engagement is assigned per the governing service agreement.

4. External services and platforms

Rahinex products and services may interoperate with external platforms chosen by you or by us on your behalf (for example, messaging platforms, cloud providers, analytics, or payment rails). Those platforms have their own terms and policies, and Rahinex is not responsible for their uptime, content, or availability.

5. WhatsApp Business services (Meta platform)

Where Rahinex provides or will provide WhatsApp Business services — including, but not limited to, WhatsApp Business API onboarding, template management, chatbot flows, CRM integration, future managed WABA runtimes, or shared messaging infrastructure:

• You agree that use of WhatsApp through Rahinex is also subject to Meta's WhatsApp Business Solution Terms, the WhatsApp Commerce Policy, and the WhatsApp Business Messaging Policy.
• You are responsible for obtaining valid user consent before any message is sent to an end-user, and for honouring opt-out requests promptly.
• You will not use the service to send prohibited content, to send unsolicited messages at scale, or in any way that would jeopardise your Meta Business Account standing or ours.
• Rahinex may suspend WhatsApp-related services immediately if Meta, WhatsApp, or a regulator requires us to, or if misuse is reasonably suspected. We will notify you promptly when we do.
• Future Rahinex managed services (such as shared chatbot runtimes or on-platform analytics) will be governed by a service-specific addendum to these terms, published before that service is offered.

6. Confidentiality

Each party will protect the other's confidential information with at least the same care it uses for its own, and will only use it to perform the engagement. Client data shared with Rahinex under an engagement is confidential by default.

7. Disclaimer and liability

The site is provided “as is”. Rahinex disclaims all implied warranties including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. Except where a separate service agreement specifies otherwise, Rahinex's liability for any claim arising from this site is limited to the amount you have paid Rahinex in the 12 months preceding the claim, or PKR 10,000, whichever is lower.

8. Jurisdiction

These terms are governed by the laws of the Islamic Republic of Pakistan. Disputes are subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts in Sindh, Pakistan, unless a separate service agreement provides otherwise.

9. Updates

We may update these terms as our products and services evolve. Material changes will be reflected in the “Last updated” date above. Continued use of the site after an update constitutes acceptance.
