Yes. Proration is automatic. Service downgrade throttles the month’s remaining usage to the new tier’s limit; no surprise overage charges.
You get a reminder at day 12. Pick a paid plan or let the trial expire — your data stays for 30 days in case you change your mind.
Yes. Data lives in Singapore AWS, encrypted at rest and in transit. Hamdam is a SaaS provider, not a telemedicine service — the clinic remains the data controller under DPA 2025.
